WARRANTY-RETURN POLICY
Viking Engineering & Development Inc. (Viking) Warrants to
the original purchaser that ordered parts are free from
defects in material and workmanship, and will perform in
accordance with the technical specifications for a period of
30 days from the date of delivery. This Warranty does not
extend to defects caused by misuse, negligence, reasonable
use, normal wear and tear, accidents or failure to maintain
the part. There are no other warranties, expressed or
implied, including and implied Warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose or of merchantability. VIKING SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PART OR OTHER SPECIAL
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES
INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY. Damages under
this warranty shall never exceed the purchase price paid by
the purchaser for the part. Viking at its option may rescind
its sale and upon return of the product return the full
purchase price to the purchaser in lieu of any damages or
warranty here under.
SHIPPING POLICY
Viking always strives to deliver our product to you by the
most economical method available. Currently (2008)
FedEx is our preferred shipper. All shipments are sent
by FedEx Ground Service unless a different carrier or
delivery time is specifically requested by the purchaser on
the order form or the product does not qualify for shipping
by this method.
PRIVACY-SECURITY POLICY
All personal information collected by this site is for the
sole purpose of Viking Engineering & Development Inc.
(Viking) and it's agents. No information will be
distributed or sold to 3rd parties. Information
collected will not be used for solicitation without your
expressed written consent.
